I. General

You work for a healthcare association whose meetings need to be compliant to attract pharmaceutical sponsorship, to meet accreditation standards (e.g. CME) and ensure strong attendance from healthcare professionals.

You organise a meeting(s) for a minimum of 300 participants.

You have a broad overview of the whole congress management process, from congress bidding to delivery, and interact with a variety of stakeholders either internally or via PCOs, which could include exhibition and sponsorship, scientific programme development and hotel accommodation teams, and externally including venues and destinations.

You possess some practical experience of pharmaceutical compliance interactions and challenges or are looking to build this understanding to ensure your events meet relevant compliance requirements.

ICCA as the programme provider, and Düsseldorf Convention act as agents only in securing hotels, transport during the programme (if applicable) and in no event shall be liable for acts or defaults in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public in general. ICCA and Düsseldorf Convention reserve the right to make changes where it’s deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to Dutch law.
